I have now obtained a Court file copy of the Reply submitted by the British Chiropractic Association.
This is the formal response by the BCA to Simon Singh's Defence.
It is a very substantial document - far longer than the Defence - and it will take a day or two to fully absorb. However, I can reveal there are some highly interesting statements about what constitutes evidence.
I will soon set out a fair summary of the Reply on this Blog: this will probably be at the weekend.

Like many, I am agog to learn what the BCA believes about the nature of "good evidence".
I look forward to reading your summary.
I suspect that their interpretation of "Evidence" will be in line with their usage of "Plethora".
Once again, many thanks for devoting your time, energy and brainpower to this, for the benefit of the rest of us.
Question for a legal.
As chiropractor who considered the BCA case misconceived from the start to say the least, I am wanting to put pressure on them to drop it now.
Now Singh has appealed, can they still do that. If so, how?
Thanks

Why don't you simply contact the BCA expressing your opinion, (assuming that you are a financial member)?
