On Sabbatical

I am now on a sabbatical from Blogging to concentrate on a possible book and other projects.

In the meantime, for updates please do follow on Twitter and become a fan on Facebook.

I hope this sabbatical will take a sabbatical when certain issues need interpreting for non-legal readers. Pretty please?

I only just find your blog, subscribe to it, and the next post I get is about a sabbatical!

Sounds like you're keeping busy with interesting projects - best of luck!

What? Surely that's not allowed.

Can you give us a guesstimate of when you might return?

It would let us put it in our calendars and thus avoid frequent trips here to see if you're back, followed by disappointment at your continued absence from the blogsphere. Not like we would, as if we could, hold you to a SWAG return date.

Pity this, as I was looking forward to a post heralded only the day before this announcement.

Indeed, should've said Good luck with this book! I hope to see you around here more, though. Blogging doesn't take up *that* much time . . .

Jack! I am so very pleased to hear that you are working on that book project. Get on with your proposal.... The book will be great, of that I have no doubt. One day soon you will be the Ben Goldacre of the legal world, and more. All power to you. Patrick

Oh Crap. I came here by way of Simon Singh and I've always preached that lawyers were born when their mother got pregnant by anal sex.

Looks like I'll have to add a caveat.

After reading a lot of your blog I'm forced to admit that their may, after all, be some decent lawyers.

But I still stand by my stance on estate agents. They're born when two laywers have anal sex.

Cheers - Legless
