did the BCA ever come back to you on the press releases?
if you ever get time, would be very interested to read more about the legal concept of being 'malicious' (what makes something malicious, specifically, what are the consequences)
The comment on Alun's blog from Chris about recommending Simon's book on codes to help the BCA decode their ancient inscriptions is inspired!
Perhaps Simon could sign a copy for them?

The most misconceived legal claims are those where one may well win the legal claim, but lose so much more.
Ask McDonalds after McLibel...
Good point - let's hope that if it's a worst case scenario, then it's a pyrrhic victory for them. (Mr. R. McD still seems to be a sqillionaire though.)
