Could you ask Paul to request his Charging Decision Form (MG3) and Charging Decision/Advice & Case Action Plan (MG3a) from the CPS? It seems he has a chance of getting it using the Data Protection Act. Must make interesting reading... see the CPS' response to a FOIA request mentioning these: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/25465/response/67924/attach/html/4/Andrews%202112.doc.html
